HR Business Partner (12-Month FTC Immediate Start)

Annapurna HR have been engaged to find a People Partner to join a leading professional services institution going through exciting periods of change on a 12-Month FTC basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing strategic decisions, both from a people and commercial perspective. They will also be responsible for driving significant HR change projects and building a high-performance and growth mindset.

Role
  • Partner with the leadership team to develop people strategies that support long-term business goals.
  • Lead people projects for the region and support with business wide projects and initiatives.
  • Coach senior leaders on people related issues that enable growth and strategic decisions.
  • Lead on performance management, succession planning, retention and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with leaders to find new and innovative ways to drive people culture and improve people experience.
  • Manage complex ER cases and support their resolution.
Requirements
  • Experience working as a trusted HR Business Partner within a fast-paced, global business environment.
  • Experience leading business transformation with a strong commercial focus.
  • Strong stakeholder management with demonstrable experience building relationships at all levels of an organisation.
  • Experience managing complex ER cases.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.

Must be available to start immediately.
