Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere and SuccessFactors OData APIs.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes including Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll.
  • Familiarity with HR KPIs and metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct testing on Data Flows, Views, and Analytical Models in SAP Datasphere.
  • Ensure quality in HR process integration with SuccessFactors.
  • Harmonize and manage data governance in HR data systems.
