Onshore Electrical M&E Supervisor – Wind Projects
Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for an initial 6-month contract in Hartlepool. The position requires at least 5 years of onshore or offshore supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations. The supervisor will support the onshore M&E installation for the Dogger Bank Offshore Wind Project, ensuring safe and timely execution of tasks. Ideal candidates should be certified in electrical engineering with a commitment to HSE standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of onshore / offshore supervisory experience required.
- Proven track record in offshore WTG construction preferred.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and environment standards.
Responsibilities
- Support the onshore M&E installation scope for the Dogger Bank Offshore Wind Project.
- Oversee and support contractor teams and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Promote a strong Environmental, Health & Safety culture on site.
