The Peninsula London is pleased to announce that we are seeking a Commis Chef to join our Staff Canteen (Colleague Restaurant).

- Offer service in line with the Peninsula ServicePrinciples of which you will be trained.
- Knowledge of food and ingredients with alevel of creativity.
- Experience within a hotel or restaurant kitchen brigade is preferred
- Some level of culinary certifications/qualifications or Apprenticeship.
- Ability to work under pressure.
