We are currently recruiting for a Reservations Specialist to join our Central Reservations Team at Edwardian Hotels London.
An Amazing opportunity has arisen to join Edwardian Hotels as a Reservations Agent.
As Reservations Agent you will be responsible for achieving maximum revenue through the effective selling of room reservations and other ancillary revenue to customers via the telephone, e-mail or other channels deemed appropriate by the company.
Responsible for utilizing customer service and sales skills to identify guest needs, make accurate reservations which provide the optimal experience for our guests while maximizing revenue potential.
Ensure information is accurately recorded in appropriate systems and customers are provided with excellent service delivery as determined by the company standards.
Be the guest advocate ensuring all guests' needs from the initial booking to follow up.
