What you’ll do:
- Shape that all-important first impression, greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
- Preparing the client floor for the day, regularly checking meeting rooms are ready to be used
- Booking hospitality events and liaising with hospitality provider to place orders
- Ordering hospitality consumables from Sodexo nominated suppliers
- Report any issues regarding AV equipment to client support team
- Showcase your professionalism as you receive incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Working closely with client security management to support visitor and staff access requirements when necessary
- First aider and fire officer duties (full training provided)
Assist in maintaining a tidy and inviting client meeting area.
Carry out administrative tasks using client systems.
Be the site's 'go-to' for providing information and assistance.
What you bring:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key
- A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
- Proficient with Office 365, Outlook and SharePoint
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
