From setting up for service to welcoming residents into our restaurant, we’re looking for a friendly Waiter to deliver an excellent dining experience.
You will receive a thorough induction to help you settle into your role, followed by ongoing training and development, including access to apprenticeships and our online portal with resources for personal development and free access to LinkedIn's online learning platform.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
- Setting up tables in the restaurant and café
- Serving in the restaurant and café at mealtimes
- Preparing trays and providing room service to residents who wish to stay in their rooms for meals
- Serving drinks at the bar as required (applicants over 18 only)
- Ensuring the restaurant and café are tidy and meet high standards
- Keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy at all times
You may also support other areas, such as serving meals, removing trays from residents’ rooms, restocking kitchens, or delivering refreshments around the village.
Key Skills / Qualifications:
We’re looking for caring individuals who want to make a difference. Previous customer service experience is preferred, and experience in catering or kitchen roles is a plus but not essential, as training is provided. You should be a great communicator, enjoy working in a team, and be committed to delivering excellent service while maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
