Job summary
A leading care provider in Leeds is seeking a Deputy Care Home Manager to support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding care. You will supervise care staff, ensure compliance with CQC regulations, and foster strong relationships with residents and families. The ideal candidate has experience in leadership within a residential or nursing care setting and holds a Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care. This role offers various development opportunities in a rewarding environment.
