Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw) • Earn £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum)

• Supporting customers who have more complex needs with personal care including bathing, toileting and getting dressed
• Supporting our customers in their own apartment who have a range of support needs including frailty and dementia
• Working closely with the care team to follow support plans, reporting concerns
• Help customers regain or maintain independence to live well in their own home by carrying out everyday living activities
• You’ll have plenty of time for cuppas, chats and catch ups; there’s no rushing from one customer to the next here

• A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care or being willing to work towards this
• Care Certificate or willing to complete within the first 12 weeks of employment
• If you’ve worked in a CQC care setting previously, that would be great!
• A positive, caring can-do attitude, and empathy to really make a difference to our customers lives
• Previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively
• Knowledge of local community and networks would be brilliant

• We provide 24 hour support to our customers
• 37.5 hours a week, day shifts, alternate weekends
• Mix of 7am-3pm and 2pm-10pm
• Occasionally our customers' needs mean your start and finish times may change; we will always try to reciprocate flexibility
• Confident using technology for plans, online learning and teamwork
• You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that
