We seek social workers committed to advocating for children and young people, contributing to effective care and pathway planning across placements.
The Children in Care service supports children and young people with approved Care Plans, working closely with health, education, leaving care, youth offending, and adult social care professionals. Our social workers meet statutory safeguarding requirements and aim to support children to achieve their best outcomes.
The service is dedicated to fulfilling our Corporate Parenting obligations and engaging children and young people through our Children in Care Council. Their voices are integral to care planning and decision-making.
