A premium consumer brand is seeking a Director of B2B to lead global P&L growth across wholesale, amenity, and gifting. This senior role will define the B2B strategy, secure high-value partnerships, and build a high-performing team. In this hybrid position, success will be measured by revenue growth through new premium partners and a structured B2B commercial engine. This role offers the chance to shape the brand's next phase of growth and value creation.

We are partnering with a well-established premium consumer brand entering a new phase of B2B growth. This is a senior commercial leadership role with full ownership of the global B2B P&L across wholesale, amenity (hospitality), and corporate gifting.
This is a build-and-scale mandate, not an account management role. The Director of B2B will define strategy, secure high-value partners, and put in place the systems, team, and operating cadence required to deliver profitable, premium-led growth in the UK, with future international expansion in scope.
