A leading construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a long-term contract in Melksham. You will coordinate multiple trade contractors, ensuring compliance with health & safety on a prestigious heritage project. The ideal candidate has proven experience in construction management and is committed to site work five days a week. Competitive rates of £300-£350 per day are offered for this 12-month contract.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager on complex projects.
  • Experience working on heritage or listed buildings is highly desirable.
  • Ability and commitment to be on site five days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage multiple specialist trade contractors delivering on-site works.
  • Act as the primary liaison between site teams, the client, stakeholders, and the project management team.
  • Ensure robust management and compliance with all site health & safety requirements.
  • Supervise and monitor on-site activities to ensure progress in line with designs and specifications.

Job Title: Construction ManagerRate: £300-350 per day (Outside IR35)Location: Melksham, Wiltshire Contract Duration: 12 MonthsAn exciting long-term contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Manager to join a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy on a complex and prestigious heritage project near Melksham, Wiltshire.This is a site-based role, five days per week, and candidates must be able to commute locally to the Melksham area.
