A leading healthcare provider in London is seeking a band 7 nurse practitioner in HIV for a 12-month fixed term role. The successful candidate will provide advanced clinical care and support for HIV patients, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team. The HIV team is recruiting a 12-month fixed term (maternity leave cover) band 7 nurse practitioner in HIV. Using advanced clinical skills the post holder will deliver advanced clinical care to our HIV patients in the outpatient and HIV dayward service. Based at St Mary’s hospital providing HIV care of the highest quality to over 3,200 patients, this role will best suit a skilled & motivated practitioner who has contemporary, sound theoretical knowledge of HIV with proven interest & awareness in HIV issues. You will possess excellent communication skills & the ability to prioritise & manage your own workload. You will be expected to have the desire to move the service forward using your detailed knowledge of factors influencing HIV care provision in today’s NHS
