A healthcare provider in Cambridgeshire & Peterborough is looking for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join their Stepped Care Therapy Team. This role involves delivering psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions for older adults. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our Stepped Care Therapy Team within Older People's Mental Health Services in Peterborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with older adults in a secondary mental health setting, supporting their psychological wellbeing while developing a diverse range of clinical skills.
The team comprises Clinical Psychologists, a CBT Therapist, Occupational Therapists and an Occupational Therapy Assistant. Trainee Clinical Psychologists are host to placements, primarily from the University of East Anglia. We work closely with integrated community services, mental health practitioners, the Memory Assessment Service and the Social Care Team. This varied role is well‑suited to both newly qualified and experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologists.

We offer a robust CPD programme and support further training in areas such as CBT for personality disorders and psychosis, EMDR and DBT skills. There is a growing focus on enhancing the neuropsychological aspects of our service, particularly in support of memory assessments.
