A regional healthcare provider in Birmingham is seeking an Administrative Support professional to join the Central Locality HUB. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, managing calls, and ensuring efficient office procedures. Candidates should possess strong organisational and communication skills, with an ability to work independently. This position promotes high-quality customer service and requires effective interaction with clinical staff and the community.
To provide an administrative service to the Central Locality HUB, ensuring that administrative systems and procedures are carried out in an efficient manner and day‑to‑day issues are managed proactively. They will provide a professional and competent service by answering the HUB telephone line, managing calls, taking details, and passing them to clinical members of staff where appropriate. The role requires the post holder to meet deadlines, achieve results and work using their own initiative.

To provide high quality professional administrative support to the Hub. To support the Team Manager and the Hub Team to implement efficient office systems and procedures. The post holder is required to communicate effectively and courteously with a range of internal and external people ensuring high standards of customer service is met at all times.
