A charitable organisation in the UK is seeking a Donation and Distribution Centre Manager to oversee stock management and distribution across retail outlets. In this role, you will lead a team and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation while creating a welcoming environment for customers. Strong people-management and organisational skills, along with a valid UK driving licence and experience in retail or charity, are essential for success. Hours: 37.5 hours per week over 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays.
We are looking for a Donation and Distribution Centre Manager to help others and make a positive impact on our community. Our retail outlets are a vital part of what we do, generating essential income that directly supports the hospice. With 15 retail shops across North Derbyshire, dedicated furniture and donation centres, clearance shops and cafés, and online sales platforms, we operate a dynamic, fast‑paced operation that makes a real difference every day.
