A leading retail partnership is looking for a Transport Administrator to oversee the success of transport operations. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, managing vehicle maintenance, and providing excellent customer service as a brand ambassador. Candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, along with experience in an administrative role. This full-time position in Exeter offers a salary of £26,000 per annum, with additional evening and night premiums.

Here at the Partnership, our Transport Administrator will take ownership of the department's operational success by assisting site management with daily tasks and project work, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and using your customer experience to be an ambassador of John Lewis and Partners. In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 18:00 - 22:00 will attract an Evening Premium at a rate of £3.00 per hour, and any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract a Night Premium at a rate of £4.00 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.

Position: Permanent
Hours of Work: Full Time, 37.5 Hours, Monday to Friday alternate weeks:
05:45 – 13:45 Week 1
13:30 – 21:30 Week 2
Location: Bessemer Road (Customer Delivery Hub)
