Job summary
A forward-thinking FMCG manufacturer in West Lothian is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Manager to lead the night operations team. This leadership role involves ensuring production targets are met while upholding safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, superb people management skills, and familiarity with fast-paced environments. The position offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000, along with additional benefits including holiday leave and pension contributions.
