A leading consultancy firm in Greater London is seeking a People Advisor to join their collaborative team. The role involves providing HR guidance and support across European offices, ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to exits. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong capability in HR systems like Workday. Frontier Economics is an economics consultancy that tackles the big questions facing governments, businesses and society. The People team is responsible for the design and delivery of the People strategy across Europe. The team incorporates Recruitment and Onboarding, HR Business Partnership, and Learning and Development, working in close partnership with the wider Frontier business and stakeholders.
We’re looking for a People Advisor to join our collaborative and friendly People Team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll work closely with colleagues across all our European offices providing HR advice, guidance and hands-on support.
As a key point of contact within the team you’ll help create a positive and consistent employee experience—from onboarding new joiners to supporting employees and managers through key milestones such as probation, secondments and exits.
In addition to day-to-day responsibilities People Advisors also contribute to wider HR initiatives and projects across the full People and HR agenda to help drive continuous improvement and support our people strategy.
