Senior Amazon PPC & Media Manager (PAN-EU)

Location: South Manchester (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Salary : £55,000 (max) + benefits

Kasmir Associates are recruiting for a business that specialises in branded products, and theyre looking for a Senior Amazon PPC & Media Manager to own and scale their Amazon Advertising across all 10 EU marketplaces. This is a brand-new, senior-level role, reporting into the Head of Ecommerce, you will manage the end to end performance marketing initiatives, including strategy and hands-on optimisation.

The Role
  • Lead end-to-end Amazon PPC strategy across PAN-EU.
  • Manage all Amazon ad types: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP / AMC.
  • Design and executive A / B testing frameworks
  • Optimise campaigns daily, track budgets, maximise ROI, and test to improve performance.
  • Work closely with content, merchandising, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are supported by listings, inventory, and insights.
  • Report on performance, deliver actionable insights, and influence senior leadership decisions.
  • Mentor junior team members and help build a best-in-class in-house Amazon function.
About You
  • 35+ years hands-on Amazon Advertising / PPC experience, ideally across multi-country campaigns (essential)
  • Expert in Amazon Vendor Central, FBA / hybrid fulfilment, A+ content, and Brand Stores optimisation (essential)
  • Proven ability managing substantial ad budgets with a focus on ROAS and profitability.
  • Proficient in Excel / Sheets and tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, Amazon Analytics (AMC) and BI platforms
  • Successfully managed substantial advertising budgets with focus on efficiency, scalability and profitability
  • European language skills (German, French, Spanish, Italian) a plus.
