We have a fantastic opportunity for either a French OR German speaking Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join a hugely progressive, international recruitment agency dedicated to the exciting sector of life sciences and related medical industries. Your role will be to work with life science and medical related companies across the French and German speaking countries of Europe, understand their business and hiring needs and make strong relationships with scientific professionals in the process.

High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, office - 2 days a week office based minimum - remote / work from home hybrid option available

Fluency in Frencg or German is essential

Our client is a progressive, international recruitment agency dedicated to the exciting sector of life science and related medical industries

As their French or German speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will work with a number of exciting life science and industry related companies across Europe, understanding their business models and hiring needs, researching and sourcing life science candidates to fill the roles and developing your industry understanding along the way.

You role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:

• Manage your own accounts (business from the life science and related medical industry sector) and client base
• Work towards your own targets as well as team work and team target as the role is very team focused
• Interviewing candidates face to face and over the telephone
• Attending exhibitions and industry events
• Regularly attending client meetings and business pitches
• Telephone contact to maintain/establish contact, network, gain market information and vacancies.
• Support functions Candidate Consulting
• Assisting colleagues as necessary in candidate communication to achieve business objectives

• Fluency in either French or German
• Be a graduate in life sciences or related science or a business studies or related subject
• Previous sales or recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential as full training is provided
• A positive 'can do' attitude
• Excellent relationship building skills
• A good understating of medical or life science terminology Is an advantage - as ability to learn this is also required

Basic salary from £28,000 for graduate entry level up to £35,000 for experienced sales or recruitment background candidate + sales commissions (uncapped, realistically you will be able to achieve £50,000+ ).
