Job summary

A leading technology support firm in Cambridge is seeking a Customer Care representative fluent in English and another EMEA language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian). You will maintain customer relationships, ensure accurate information in the CRM, and address customer queries. Ideal candidates have experience in technology and proficiency in MS Office. Job Description

You will be responsible for building and maintaining sales order relationships with customers in your assigned EMEA region and your responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain an excellent relationship with customers
  • Ensure customer information is accurate in the CRM
  • Ensure CRM database is set with accurate defaults for your dedicated customer accounts
  • Build your knowledge of products
  • Deal with customer queries by phone and email
  • Resolve pre-booking holds
  • Log all communication with customers on the CRM
  • Be proactive - call the customers to inform them of any changes relating to their orders etc
Candidate Specification
  • Fluent in English + fluent in any EMEA language, ideally French, German, Spanish or Italian
  • Some experience in a technological environment would be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Previous experience of using the Oracle system would be a distinct advantage
  • May be required to attend trade shows, as directed by Customer Services Management
