General Manager - Revolucion De Cuba

Location: Revolucion De Cuba Leeds

Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 + Uncapped profit share bonus scheme

We are seeking a talented and dynamic General Manager to lead the team at this vibrant venue in Call Lane. Reporting to your Area Manager, you will collaborate with management, kitchen, sales, and front-of-house teams to ensure both your team and guests have an exceptional experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as you will be the face of the business and oversee all venue activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading your team with ambition and integrity to drive sales and uphold our purpose
• Managing stock control, payroll, and budgets, including labor control
• Driving team development and training
• Developing incentives and recognition opportunities
• Preparing P&L reports and balanced scorecards
• Overseeing recruitment processes
