Basic Salary: £43,260 with a realistic earning potential of £50K-£55K (dependent on location).

Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, with out-of-hours services from 6am – 8am and 5pm – 8pm.

We seek talented engineers to join our rapidly growing business, focusing on expanding our field gas and electric metering capabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to redefine dual fuel metering roles, with emphasis on customer relationships, safety, and quality.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Three-phase metering
• Assisting customers with debt recovery through friendly visits
• Attending Warrants as both engineer and Warrant Officer (team-based, never solo)

Opportunities for upskilling include:

• Half Hourly / CT Metering
• Gas U16 – U40
• Technical Lead
• Quality Assessor
• Regional Field Manager

We require candidates with:

• A proactive attitude and willingness to participate in field activities
• Experience in safe installation, exchange, and maintenance of metering systems
• Ability to undertake debt resolution and warrant visits
• Qualified electric and gas dual fuel engineers seeking a dynamic role
• Customer-focused approach, safety consciousness, and team spirit
• Compliance with regulations and safety standards

Essential:

• Smart Metering (Dual Fuel) experience
• Industry qualifications: CMA1/CCN1 + MET1 (or equivalent)
• Power certification (Logic or equivalent)
• MET4 – Small commercial gas metering
• Current Transformer (CT)
• Three Phase experience
