About the Role:
Example Recruitment Group is seeking experienced self-employed heating engineers to join a well-established national heating contractor. You will be working on a service contract with a local housing association, providing landlord gas safety checks.

Key Details:

• Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks
• Commitment: Ideally 5 days per week (minimum 3 days per week considered)
• Contract Length: Temporary
• Payment Terms: Weekly, one week in arrears
• Rate: 23.00 per completed property (71% access rate with average 10+ completed properties per day)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of qualified experience as a heating engineer
• ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)
• Previous social housing experience
• Own Van and Tools
• Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
• 2m Public Liability Insurance
• Clean DBS Check
