About the Programme

Our Career (rotational) Development Programme (CDP) is a three-year journey for ambitious chemical engineers (0-2 years' work experience). You'll rotate through three 12-month assignments, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as, but not limited to the following. At least one rotation will be at a plant site, giving you real-world exposure.

What We're Looking For
