We are looking for aFull-Time Design and Communications Assistant to join our team at ITSme!
This position is ideal for individuals looking toenter the creative industryat an entry level, whether they arerecent graduatesor withtransferable skills, and have a strong passion fordesign, marketing and communications.
As a Design and Communications Assistant, you’ll work directly with our team to assist our growing team of Sales Agents across the world. You’ll have a unique opportunity to understand the inner workings of the world's leading illustration agencies and learn how Illustration is presented and sold to global publishing clients.
The team will be there to guide you every step of the way. You’ll be working on a range of tasks, including:
- Design engagingvisual content for social media and marketing campaigns
- Help manage and grow ouronline presence(Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletter, etc.)
- Support the sales agents withcampaign planning, client communications, artist promotions, andpitch presentations
- Sales support including project management, artist onboarding, and some degree of cold outreach.
- Creativewith a strong eye for visual design
- Highly Organisedanddetail-oriented
- Able to work underown initiative
- Confident using design toolslike Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar
- Familiar with social media platforms(Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) andmarketing trends
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, but also being part of a team
- Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.)

The Design and Communications Assistant’s starting salary is £25K with OTE £30K+, depending on experience and after training. There's an opportunity to earn a bonus.
This is ahybrid role, and we are looking for someone based in or aroundLondon(1-2 Weekly) in-person meetups in our office in Covent Garden.
Working hours for this position isMonday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
