About the Job:
Due to our impressive consistent growth and strong ambitions within the IT & Telecoms sector, we are currently recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible for improving our business efficiency through analysis of internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with the business to identify value add opportunities
- Inputting into the overall health and optimal use of business systems
- Managing the scoping, development, implementation, and training of all medium to large business system change requests
- Producing monthly system status updates including RAG status
- 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst with experience with process optimisation
- Broad understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI
- Intermediate/Advance Microsoft Excel Skills
- Knowledge of Union Street aBILLity, Hubspot, would be advantageous
- Confident to lead and develop this new function
- High level of personal motivation & ability to communicate at all levels
