This role involves reviewing statutory paperwork, managing remedial works, and providing expertise to uphold safety and compliance with UK legislation. The ideal candidate will have a technical qualification, significant experience in facilities management, and strong communication skills. A background in using CAFM systems is essential, along with the ability to analyse compliance issues effectively.
Formación
Technical qualification is essential for this role.
Strong understanding of PPM regimes and SFG20 is required.
Experience with statutory compliance and health & safety legislation is critical.
Responsabilidades
Review statutory paperwork and identify areas for remedial action.
Manage and track remedial works orders in the CAFM system.
Provide technical expertise and compliance assurance.
Conocimientos
Technical qualification in engineering, building services, or facilities management
Understanding of statutory compliance in FM
Experience with CAFM systems
Excellent analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to interpret technical reports
Educación
HND/HNC, IWFM, CIBSE, or equivalent
