Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care by listening to and acting on patient feedback.
- Ensure safe and compliant management of medications and maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide professional, non-judgemental care in line with ethical standards.
- Support all aspects of medicines management, including timely medication administration.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team for patient wellbeing.
Pharmacy Technician - Ad-Hoc Shifts (Prison Setting)
Location: Various prison sites across the East Midlands
Belmont Recruitment is currently looking for qualified Pharmacy Technicians to join our team for ad-hoc shifts within prison settings across The East Midlands. This is a flexible opportunity, allowing you to choose shifts that suit your availability.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care by actively listening to and acting on patient feedback.
- Ensure the safe and compliant management of medications, maintain accurate patient records, and follow all relevant SOPs.
- Provide professional, non-judgemental care in line with ethical standards.
- Support all aspects of medicines management, including timely medication administration and promoting cost-effective prescribing as per the Health in Justice Medicines Policy.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team to make a meaningful impact on patient wellbeing.
You will need prison clearance for this role as we cannot supply this.
- Weekdays: £25 per hour
- Saturdays: £27 per hour
- Sundays: £35 per hour
