This role involves leading a team of Line Leads and approximately 25 production staff, ensuring high standards and a disciplined work environment. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with leadership skills and a strong understanding of manual assembly operations. Production Foreman / Assembly Foreman / Line Foreman
Production Foreman is required to lead day-to‑day activity across manual assembly, brazing, wiring, and testing operations. This role oversees four newly appointed Line Leads and a team of approximately 25 production staff, ensuring discipline, workflow stability, and consistent build standards across all product lines.
This position is ideal for a hands‑on floor leader who understands assembly environments and can provide the structure, authority, and direction needed to guide a developing team. You will be the primary on‑the‑floor point of control, maintaining standards, resolving issues, and supporting improvements in training and skills development.
$22 to $30+ base salary
