Qualifications

• Several years of experience in large scale Food Manufacture, preferably within Bakery or Desserts.
• A good understanding of costing principles.
• Knowledge of key food safety principles, including HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product concepts are up scaled for timely delivery to retail customers.
• Project manage critical path processes and meetings for successful launches.
• Manage and review product costings and budgets for trials.
