• Experience in a caring environment.

• Able to work unsociable hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Excellent communication skills to engage and interact with service users.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about making a positive difference in someone’s life.
• Excellent writing skills.

What we do:

We are a well-established, nationwide healthcare provider specializing in mental health services. Our homes are designed to meet the varying needs of adults with mental health challenges, located within thriving communities offering educational, recreational, and social activities.

We aim to positively impact the experience of people with mental health difficulties using a person-centred approach. Our support workers measure outcomes tailored to individual needs using our outcome-measuring tool.

Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to employment, with costs covered by the employer.
