Qualifications

• Hold a teaching/assessing qualification such as CAVA, TAQA, A1, PTLLS or PGCE.
• Enjoy coaching, questioning, facilitating and bringing out the best in adult learners.
• Care deeply about learner experience, inclusion and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online teaching and coaching sessions.
• Facilitate interactive group workshops to encourage peer learning.
• Provide detailed feedback to help learners develop critically.
• Complete assessments and workplace observations for learners.
