Senior Architectural Technologist / Technical Lead

About the position:

We are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist / Technical Lead to join a growing architectural practice in Cambridge. The role offers the opportunity to lead projects, manage a small team, and progress into office management.

Company Overview:

The practice is a medium-sized firm with three offices across central England, working on diverse projects including high-end residential, education, healthcare, leisure, community, and heritage sectors. They utilize Revit and BIM technologies and are committed to sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects across various RIBA stages, with a focus on stages 4 to completion.
• Help develop BIM practices within the office.
• Potential to grow into a Technical Lead role, involving recruitment, business development, and project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience with Revit and BIM.
• Experience managing a range of schemes.
• Ability to work across different project stages.
