Qualifications

• Manual Handling capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and refilling of liquid nitrogen and gas cylinders.
• Ordering and storage of consumables.
• Maintenance of Water Purification System.
• Support tenants of the Laboratories and act as an intermediary.
• Oversee and maintain adherence to Health and Safety requirements.

Overview

Location – Canary Wharf, London
Pay Rate – £15ph

Are you immediately available and looking to gain some further experience in a Lab Setting? Do you have prior experience in Lab Support/Technician duties?

A Laboratory Incubator Space in Canary Wharf, London, is currently seeking a Lab Technician to join them immediately on an initially temporary basis, with the possibility of the position becoming permanent. The Laboratory space houses multiple tenants across various Labs; your responsibilities will ensure the smooth operation of these Labs.

Responsibilities

• Full Time 37.5 hours per week, Monday- Friday 8AM-5:30, starting w/c 08/09/25
• Oversee maintenance and refilling of liquid nitrogen and gas cylinders.
• Ordering and storage of consumables.
• Maintenance of Water Purification System
• Support Tenants of the Laboratories and act as an intermediary to facilitate external support (i.e, from maintenance engineers)
• Oversee and maintain adherence to Health and Safety requirements.
