As a Line Leader, you will have operational responsibility to deliver the daily plan. Leading a small production team, you will work with the Area Leader to create a positive working environment, where your team can achieve the site strategy.

You will achieve this by leading a production team in manufacturing products that exceed customer expectations while adhering to all required standards, meeting and exceeding quality standards, achieving targets on time and in full, within budget, and behaving in a safe manner to ensure Food Safety and maintain hygiene standards.

• £15.74 per hour
• Working Hours: 6PM to 11PM
• Shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off
• Immediate starts following registration and induction
• Free on-site parking

• Provide guidance and leadership to the production line
• Ensure compliance with all system-based processes and procedures
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety
• Ensure waste minimization and promote Second Nature principles
• Perform any other responsibilities as directed by management
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
• Take reasonable care for own and others' health and safety
• Cooperate with employer on health and safety matters
• Respect and uphold company policies, ethical standards, and environmental commitments
• Participate in relevant training to support responsibilities

• Completion of group and site induction
• Level 2 Health & Safety awareness
• Understanding of risk assessments and safe working procedures
• Knowledge of hazard identification and near miss reporting
• Level 2 Food Safety certification
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Team engagement and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong numeracy skills
• Ability to manage conflict
• Understanding of quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret specifications
