We are recruiting for Skilled Operatives in Boston. Working for a recruitment agency on a market leading FMCG food production site.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, chilled environment
- Teamwork, reliability, and good communication skills
- Able to lift up to 20 kg
- 14:00 - 02:00, 16:00 - 02:00, continental shift pattern 2-2-3 (£14.45 per hour)
- Footwear and locker will be provided
- Training will be provided
- Cold environment
- Location: Boston
- Monitor and ensure the quality of products on a regular basis throughout the working day and make sure it meets specification. Any deviation must be reported to a senior colleague.
- Ensure good hygiene, housekeeping and health and safety practices are maintained at all times in the area
- Completing production records, batch sheets, and traceability forms accurately
- Assisting with basic maintenance or reporting equipment faults
- Adhering to strict hygiene practices (handwashing, wearing PPE, sanitizing equipment).
- Preventing cross-contamination by following allergen control and cleaning procedures.
