A leading FMCG brand is seeking a Junior People Business Partner for a 12-month fixed term contract in the Greater London area. This role involves supporting managers and employees with HR queries, coordinating learning and engagement initiatives, and contributing to various HR projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in a generalist HR role, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to enhancing employee experiences. This position offers a salary of £50,000 plus a 10% bonus and emphasizes personal growth in a supportive environment.

You’ll support People Business Partners in shaping an exceptional employee experience‑whether that’s coaching managers through core People processes, coordinating development activities, supporting recruitment, or helping drive engagement initiatives. A Junior People Business partner you will be supporting a client group of c140 employees across the events and marketing teams. You will support managers and employees with day‑to‑day People queries, escalating when needed and coaching through new people initiatives. Working with the wider people team you will also have the opportunity to get involved in HR projects and support delivery of the people strategy to your client group. In addition you will be:
