DNA Recruit is partnering with a leading integrated agency to urgently recruit an Account Director on a fixed‑term contract. This fast‑track hire will support the delivery of global shopper‑led campaigns and integrated toolkits for premium, luxury FMCG brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global luxury shopper and activation projects, including integrated toolkits for product launches and seasonal moments
  • Deliver campaigns tailored to premium retail environments across physical and digital touchpoints
  • Support ad‑hoc projects across wider client accounts as required
  • Bring strong strategic thinking and creative judgement to complex, multi‑market programmes
  • Collaborate closely with senior teams to ensure seamless delivery in a hybrid London office environment
Required Experience & Skills
  • Strong agency background with demonstrable luxury shopper and FMCG experience (essential)
  • Must be available for an immediate start (preferred)
  • Proven experience delivering global toolkits across premium retail, digital, social, and e‑commerce channels
  • Excellent client leadership, project management, and financial management skills
  • Experience working within luxury or premium FMCG environments (excluding fashion) is highly desirable
