Are you an experienced Manufacturing Manager with a strong background in FMCG manufacturing? Do you have a passion for driving plant performance, safety and quality standards across site?
We're looking for a candidate with significant experience in a manufacturing leadership role within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry, with a proven ability to lead teams and drive plant performance, safety and quality. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with cross‑functional teams to create a proactive, quality‑driven culture.
As a key member of the site leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing site improvement strategy in line with the business objectives. You'll need to be both strategic and hands‑on, developing the site processes and team by embedding lean manufacturing practices to optimise performance and output.
We are seeking someone with a strong track record in FMCG, food, or drink manufacturing, with experience managing teams in a fast‑paced environment. You'll be responsible for driving performance across the site and embedding a culture of continuous improvement whilst ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld in every aspect of production. Your ability to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration will be instrumental in this role. By joining the team, you'll be part of an organisation that is on a journey of continuous improvement and has significant CAPEX planned, this role will enable you to make a significant contribution to the business.
