A leading financial services provider is seeking an OTC Equity Drafter in London, offering a hybrid working option. The position involves confirming OTC derivative transactions, dealing with trade confirmation language, and collaborating closely with investment banking clients. Candidates should have extensive knowledge of ISDA Equity definitions and experience in drafting OTC products. This permanent role offers US EST aligned working hours, making it ideal for individuals with valid working permits in the UK.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of the 2002 and 2006 ISDA Equity and Swap Definitions.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing OTC Equity Structured Products.
- Adept at reviewing and negotiating Equity Master Confirmation Agreements.
Responsabilités
- Confirm OTC derivative transactions with clients via confirmation process.
- Handle trade confirmation language and resolve economic breaks.
- Collaborate with counterparties to clarify issues or draft confirmations.
- Create templates and manage strategic projects.
- Deliver strategic projects to drive efficiency.
- Manage additional tasks as needed.

This is a great opportunity to join Delta Capita’s OTCMS Managed Service Business working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions.
The OTCMS business is a rapidly growing division within Delta Capita offering a comprehensive range of services to support structured product manufacturers in a variety of areas including documentation drafting, automation, client onboarding, product governance, issuance support, and post-trade lifecycle management. Our team of experts and technology are leveraged by leading structured product manufacturers to transform their businesses, delivering efficient and scalable solutions.
This role will be part of the OTC Equity Structured drafting team, supporting our investment banking client.
Job Description
Risk mitigate and confirm OTC derivative transitions with both internal and external clients via paper or electronic confirmation process.
Deal with trade confirmation language and economic breaks.
Collaborate with counterparties - resolving urgent issues, clarification of issues or drafting points on outstanding trade confirmations.
Draft ad-hoc confirmations in conjunction with Legal.
Create templates if necessary, seeking Sales, Trading and Legal approvals.
Deliver strategic projects to drive efficiency and enhanced controls.
Manage other tasks assigned as demand dictates.
Requirements
Skills and Experience Required
Extensive knowledge of the 2002 and 2006 ISDA Equity and Swap Definitions.
Experience in drafting and reviewing OTC Equity Structured Products. Such products include Conditional Variance Swaps, Phoenix Autocalls, Swap Strategies and Worst / Best of Strategies.
Able to review and negotiate Equity Master Confirmation Agreements.
