A leading consulting firm in London is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support U.S. Treasury Clearing initiatives. The role involves leading business analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating regulatory requirements into actionable business solutions. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and experience in financial institutions. This is a fixed-term hybrid position with potential for extension or permanency.
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in large change initiatives driven by the U.S. Treasury Clearing Mandate. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to independently lead project management or business‑analysis activities— including requirements gathering, solution design, and process improvement to support readiness for the SEC’s U.S. Treasury Clearing Rules.

This is a hybrid position based in London, England. It is a 6‑12 month fixed‑term contract with the potential to extend or transition to a permanent role. As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client’s offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client’s policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita requires.
