A leading healthcare provider in York is seeking a Finance Accounting Manager to oversee the Finance Accounting Team and ensure efficient cash management. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, posting journals to Oracle, and liaising with external auditors. A vacancy at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The main purpose of this role is to manage the Finance Accounting Team, which handles the Trust's cash and banking systems. The role ensures daily cash and banking transactions are processed so that funds are available to pay salaries and suppliers on time.
Experience in managing a Finance Accounting Team and cash management. Experience with posting journals to Oracle and reconciling balance sheet control accounts. Ability to liaise with external auditors and provide requested information.
