A recruitment agency is looking for a Scheduler to join a dynamic team in Shotton Colliery. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have experience in scheduling. Responsibilities include building project schedules and ensuring compliance with Q Mark requirements. This temporary-to-permanent role offers a chance for career progression in the manufacturing industry.

- Superb organisational skills & eye for detail.
- Confident communicator across all levels.
- Excel whizz (Microsoft Office skills essential).
- Scheduling experience a bonus (but not a must!).
- Fire door/Q Mark knowledge = big plus.

- Coordinate with teams and clients to hit deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with Q Mark scheme requirements.
- Coordinate with various departments about schedules.
- Ensuring smooth operations across the organization.

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all parties are informed about schedules and any changes that may occur.

- Scheduling experience a bonus (but not a must!) as training can be provided !
- Fire door/Q Mark knowledge = big plus!
This role is working Monday to Thursday 7am - 4:30pm and 7am - 11am on a Friday.
This is position is working temporary- permanent, after 12 weeks of temporary working through Avanti, if successful at the end of placement you will be taken on permanently by the company themselves.
