Job summary

A leading global company in the UK is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to oversee short- to mid-term in-house supply planning, ensuring product availability and optimizing production processes. The ideal candidate will coordinate raw material supply and manage finished goods stock, with a strong background in manufacturing and proficiency in SAP. This role requires collaboration across teams and involves decision-making that impacts costs and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in manufacturing, ideally within cosmetics or FMCG.
• Strong SAP proficiency within supply chain and production planning.
• Demonstrated success delivering objectives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end in-house production.
• Manage finished goods stock to prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Build and own the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Manage rough cut capacity planning (RCCP).
• Participate in sales and operations execution meetings.
