- Oversee statutory accounts, audit processes, and investor reporting.
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and financial compliance.
- Support strategic decision-making across all areas of the business.
- Drive improvements in systems, reporting tools, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to M&A activity, including appraisal and due diligence.

- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
- Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis
- Oversee statutory accounts, audit processes, and investor reporting
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and financial compliance (UK and EU)
- Support strategic decision-making across all areas of the business
- Drive improvements in systems, reporting tools, and operational efficiency
- Contribute to M&A activity, including appraisal and due diligence
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Proven finance leadership experience
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and challenge at board level
- High attention to detail, resilient, and deadline-driven
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI
- Experience with ERP and accounting systems
- Exposure to systems implementations
