  • Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis.
  • Oversee statutory accounts, audit processes, and investor reporting.
  • Manage cash flow, treasury, and financial compliance.
  • Support strategic decision-making across all areas of the business.
  • Drive improvements in systems, reporting tools, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to M&A activity, including appraisal and due diligence.

  • Experience with ERP and accounting systems
