Description
Management Accountant duties will include:
- Prepare monthly management accounts with detailed analysis of revenue, costs, and profitability
- Produce insightful P&L reporting across multiple business units
- Work closely with operational teams to monitor performance and control costs
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Deliver variance analysis and help drive financial accountability across departments
- Support the financial controller with continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should:
- Be studying a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proven experience within the accounting and finance sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
