- Previous Purchase and Sales Ledger Experience.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
Responsabilités
- Ensure Purchase invoices are entered and approved for Payment.
- Complete weekly/ monthly payment runs.
- Reconciling Statements.
- Liaising with suppliers and handling all internal staff queries regarding invoices.
- Manage Aged Debt.
- Compiling list of Direct Debit Payment.
- Managing a busy mailbox.
