Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly accounts to TB level.
• Manage prepayments and accruals.
• Handle fixed assets and HP/loan entries.
• Oversee stock and credit control.
• Administer purchase and sales ledgers.
• Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll and cash reporting.
• Upload banking payments.

• Stock control
• Credit control
• Purchase and Sales ledger administration
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Bank Reconciliations
• Preparation of cash reporting
• Payroll preparation
• Banking – Upload of payments
• All associated tasks

Qualifications

• AAT Qualified
• Accounting systems – Sage 50 knowledge and experience
